1.Cyprus – plane ticket – 10 days – July/August
The cheapest ticket I’ve found from Belgrade – click here. Dates are 5 – 15 august, and the price is 190€.
2.What to do in Budapest? Coffee shops /restaurants…
I will have to dedicate one whole post for this question, but here are few suggestions until then.

3. Which month is the cheapest one for plane tickets from Bosnia to Amsterdam?
I would say September. Here is an example of a plane ticket – click here (1-5 September). It costs around 150€, so I would advise you to fly from Belgrade if you can. Tickets from Belgrade can be found for less than 100€. Click here for the ticket (6 – 10.June).
4. Luxembourg – Naxos – 6-20. August

Fly from Budapest to LA, and then from LA to Honolulu. September is much more cheaper. Other option is to fly from Belgrade to New York and then from NYC to Honolulu. Cost per ticket should be around 800€

4 – 30. July 686€
Consider this option – fly from Belgrade to New York and then in New York catch a bus for Boston (it takes around 4h by bus – ticket can be found from 15€). Example for a plane ticket – click here.
